	ECA is a women owned and operated business, which began in April 2006 as strictly a dust monitoring operation, with each staff member being certified by Clark County. As the demand grew; ECA added SWPPP services to include the writing of SWPPP plans and conduct on-site SWPPP inspections. Along with the need for the SWPPP plans and inspections, came the need for bond exonerations. ECA is proud to announce that its director of sales and operations not only holds a CISEC certification for the SWPPP program, but is also proficient in bond exonerations. ECA is also the watchdog for its clients' dust permits/signs.
